Refund and Return Policy at YPackaging
At YPackaging, We accept returns and exchanges for non-customizable orders within 120 days of receipt. The product must be new, unused, and in its original condition. Returns must be initiated by contacting our support team and returned by mail at the customer’s expense. A 8% restocking fee of the product price will apply to all accepted returns.
Custom Orders:
Custom-made orders are crafted to your unique specifications and cannot be resold; therefore, all sales are final. However, if we determine a defective product, we are committed to replacing or discounting it.
Here are the terms for inspecting and reporting any issues:
- Any visible damage, defects, or reductions must be reported immediately upon receipt and noted in the transport document or other applicable documentation. If shipping damage is discovered after delivery, it must be reported within 5 days.
- Issues with dimensions, artwork, or any other production defect must be reported within 15 days of receipt.
- If a replacement is deemed necessary, the customer must return 100% of the defective product at their own expense within 120 days of delivery.
- Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns, exchanges, or reorders.
The company reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the acceptance of returns, applicable restocking fees, and resolutions based on the product and specific circumstances.

When It’s Our Fault

If something’s wrong with your order, we’ll reprint the affected items and get them to you as quickly as possible. - Store Credit Option:
Alternatively, we can offer you store credit for the cost of the defective items. This gives you the flexibility to reorder or explore other products from our range.
