Sampling & Prototyping

Sampling and prototyping are very essential for any business startup. It helps a business to oversee and decide on product design for any new or upcoming product that is about to launch in the marketplace with the help of a printing and packaging company like ours. YPackaging helps our customers with complete assistance regarding product packaging design and artwork design with the help of 3D mock-up and 2D design templates.

3D Sample

3D rendering is a powerful tool for creating lifelike, photorealistic images of objects and environments. Unlike traditional 2D renderings, which can only show surfaces from a single perspective, 3D rendering allows you to simulate box simulations, which provide a more accurate representation of the packaging design of a box shape and contours. This makes it possible to create realistic visualizations that are closer to the appearance of your box design than what we would see in real life. In addition, many modern 3D rendering software applications also include other tools for shading and texturing the object, allowing you to customize its appearance down to the smallest detail. 3D rendering offers an innovative way to bring your ideas to life. YPackaging asks for no fee to do so.

Digital Sample

For businesses looking to create digital samples of their products or services, there are a number of different testing and design options available. In order to accurately assess the quality and layout of printed artwork, for example, it is important to utilize software capable of simulating various printing processes, including offset, flexographic, and lithographic printing. Additionally, small or medium-sized project testing can be done with varying resolutions on a range of different devices and software platforms. Whether you are testing layout, colors, or other aspects of your printed product or service, using digital sampling techniques can help ensure that your end result is as professional and polished as possible. With the right tools and testing methods in place, you can feel confident that your sample will meet all expectations and requirements. Our expert designers use the best software to demonstrate digital mock-ups to our customer at every stage until our customer is satisfied.

Production Sample

A production sample is an important part of any manufacturing process. This is a final evaluation of the product before it moves into full-scale production, letting manufacturers check for quality, functionality, and overall effectiveness. The sample allows companies to identify any potential issues in the design or manufacture of their product and make any necessary adjustments before investing heavily in larger-scale production. Additionally, a production sample can also be used to evaluate market demand, giving manufacturers valuable insights into how well their product will be received by consumers. Overall, a production sample is an invaluable tool in ensuring that the product you work so hard to create meets all your standards and expectations before you start rolling it out on a larger scale.
